I’m 25 years old, working, and stay active engaging in and playing a variety of sports and activities. I train almost every day lifting weights 3 days a week, boxing and fighting 2-3 days a week, playing basketball, and mixing in conditioning and core resistance exercises when possible. I played Division II Basketball for the University of California, San Diego and Varsity Basketball and Volleyball at San Marino High School. I actively pursue knowledge of physical conditioning and training through sports & activities, workout regimens, my own research, various books, and the accumulated knowledge of other trainers and practitioners.
What are all the workout numbers? Is there a key somewhere?
