Good Day for Sales and a Good Workout

 Today I took a break from my normal workout routines and just did whatever I felt my body needed.  I ended up finishing with a pretty strong workout for the entire upper body.

Bent-over-Rows with 3 Plates

Lateral Deltoid Raises with 35 Pound Dumbells

Incline Biceps Curls with 45 Pound Dumbells

Triceps Pushdowns with 100 Pounds

Close-grip Rows with 200 Pounds

Shoulder Shrugs with 120 Pound Dumbells

Ab Situps with Resistance – 50 Repetitions
